Request
Call the green number 800 415 415 to speak with one of our operators, or download our app to plan your trips. If you have special needs, if you are a person with reduced mobility, if you are carrying your baby and need a stroller, or if you are transporting a pet, we will be happy to meet your needs.
Plan
If you call, tell our operator the day, time and route you want to travel, or follow the guided steps on our app. You will be notified of a cost estimate based on the kilometers and the possibility of sharing the ride with other passengers, who can join until the departure time.
Depart
The moment of departure has arrived! We recommend being punctual and arriving at the address indicated for the appointment a few minutes before the agreed departure time. Pay for the ride and enjoy the journey.
Rides are available every day from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The summer shuttle will instead be active every day from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and from Tuesday to Sunday also from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
